As in the case of repairs of metallurgical rollers, the company is a long time provider of crane wheels repairs. We are in possesion of the equipment nessesary to regerate and repair crane wheels and wheel sets, for regenerating which we use welding materials provided by the best suppliers.
In scope of crane wheels and wheel sets repairs the company offers:

Transport, disassembly, cleaning and damage assessment,
Issuing of verification cards,
Wheel surface regeneration by submerged arc welding* and machining until achieving proper dimensions, profile shape, hardness and surface finish,
Production or regenereation of all damaged parts including drive shafts and axles,
Replacment of bearings, seals and other standard elements,
Assembly with elimination of radial run-out, providing proper lubrication,
Final quality control,
Transport to customer and technical inscpection.
